[sap-acct] Cost object distribution issue

Hi ,
We are facing an issue while trying to distibute the cost to production orders through KKPX due to SAP logic. Recently I discovered SAP uses two different calculation to valuate inventory they are 1) for all good issue the calculation used is: (inventory value X quantity issued)/ valuated stock and 2) for all goods receipt the calculation is : goods receipt quantity X standard price in the material master.
Due to above SAP logic we are having a variance in the consumption account which was posted and reversed using movement type 291 and 291. The entry was first posted (goods were issued against cost object using movement type 291)and the user realised that the cost object used was wrong so she reversed the goods issue using movement type 291. Now there's difference due to this cost object distribution (KKPX)is giving an error
Have anyone across this type of issue? If yes, how did you resolve this.
