If I'm not wrong, You can get early watch alerts fropm SMP but not sure of uploading.
If you need early watch alerts from SMP you have to configure early wath alerts to destination SDCC_OCC. Also try sending early watch session to SDCC_OSS.
logon to satellite system and create a task -> send session data-> earlywatch->next screen give SDCC_OSS(RFC destination).
Experts, correct me if i'm wrong.
