I found a way to resolve this issue, should anyone else have the same thing come up in the future.
To resolve, I have placed a queue time on the work center (2 days or 3 days as required) and this did move the order to start looking that many days into the future during the capacity check.
Now, when the orders was being dispatched (via CM25), this created another dilema, the order wanted to start in the past if you were dispatching on today's date. To resolve, I changed the strategy profile Treatment of queue time to a "2" for a minimum queue time......problem solved.
