Hi
If your requirement is that one position report's to multiple bosses(positions) than what you need is to maintain matrix relationships. This is for e.g. you have an employee reporting to a functional manager and also reporting to a project manager.
Then again you have concurrent employment which is required if the employee has multiple personal assigments ( could be same or different location) with different salaries and work times for each of these assignments and you need to have a combined remuneration statement(payslip) and combined reporting for such employees.
However, in your case you need to check table T77S0 and see whether you have permitted only 100 % staffing percentage for the relationship between S and P.
Here is what SAP has to say . You can link one person to several positions. You can, however, only create one position per person in infotype 0001, for this reason, the position with the highest staffing percentage is determined and saved in infotype 0001.Each time you display infotype 0001, a system message indicates that there are further positions, in addition to the one on the screen. These can be displayed by selecting Additional Positions. The same procedure applies to a person who is assigned to work centers. A work center is only stored in infotype 0001 if a position does not exist in the same period.
Hope this answers and clears your doubts.
