Toolbox sap-hrJust to chip in, the authorization switch AUTSW ADAYS maintained in table who T77S0 typically has a value of 14 days and the reason for this is whenever an employee moves from one employee subgroup/personnel area to another, the administrators who were previously ( only back by one level and not admistrators in the historical past) managing the employee data ( payroll , time , hr ) have been given this period to access employee data for maintenance reasons. Thiis value comes with standard sap r/3 and can be changed. If you have zero tolerance you can set this value to 0.
