Dear Puneet
What Mr. Srinivas was explained that countries which does not have tax
structure used International payroll is 100% true in cases of gulf
countries. what you are mentioning GOSI is something like we had
Provident fund in India, I worked in UAE, Muscat and now in Bahrain and
no where I find income tax structure imposed by any govt.
GOSI is not a tax but a deduction like us had 401k Plan and India had
PF.. However there is no standard setting in International payroll for
the same, you need to write PCR/SCHEMA to achieve the same.
At ALBA, Bahrain we achieved GOSI Deduction by writing new PCR, schema
and changing some configuration values.
Trust this will clear you

Hi Srinivas ,
This is not true that middle east countries dont have have taxes. Except
Saudi Arabia all others are following tax structures.
Saudi also have the contributions for Insurance called GOSI. There is no
standard settings for GOSI in SAP system.
I am agree with candicez for sepearte Payroll sytem for country grouping
24.
If any of our friends knows the GOSI setting through standard system may
pl suggest his/he views.
Regards
Punit Sharma

We would like to have them sit on their designated molga though. We are
moving forward quite well, it is just the change to the field
RP50G-CCNTR that we are hoping for.
