[sap-log-sd] Excise Exemption

Dear All
I was going through the SAP Help file, I have few querries related to that,
if someone can explain.
As per the help file for Excise Exemption "If you make a sale to a customer
that is in possession of an exemption form, you have to record the form
number in the sales order." My querry is in which field we can maintain
the Form No.??
In the same section it is also said that by using the Customer Tax
Classification Field we can charge customer with Reduced Rate of excise
Duty. As far as I am aware, this Customer Tax Classification field is used
for Sales Tax (Condition Type JIVP and JCST), how can we do the same for
Excise as the Excise condition type JEXP and JEXQ has Condition Class "A"
so they can not be selected for Tax Determination Rule in OVK1.
