Your configuration needs to be changed to only deliver items that have available stock. I suspect that the delivery got created when there was stock, then the stock was cycled out or otherwise consumed. I'd do some testing to confirm this, but I'd see your SD configurator to adjust configuration appropriately if needed.

Hi ALL
We create an STO and from this order delivery is created using
availability check in material master and item category of the
delivery.When the delivery has 5 line items and if one line item
is not having stock then delivery cannot be delivered and PGI
cannot be done for the order.
Is there any way that if delivery has 5 line items and one line
item has got no stock in the warehouse where we can desert that
one line item in the delivery and process the delivery for
remaining 4 line items.
This can be done by deleting but we want the system to do it
because it is batch job process which creates the delivery and
transfer order __.____._
