you probably need the install package first , then once that is present it
will see the support packs for it.
something like below
SAPKITAC4D
SAPKITLRDA
search SMP for the SAPKIT* install pack for your platform ST/PI and
ST-A/PI

[sap-basis] ST-PI and ST-A/PI - Solution Manager 7 EHP1
Hello,
I just finished installing Solution Manager 7 EHP1 with Support Stack 19
and I'm now trying to upgrade to the latest ST-PI and ST-A/PI availalble.
The files were uncompressed in the EPS/in folder. I call SAINT, click
Start then Load from Application Server. It loads the files successfully
but when I go back to the SAINT screen, it doesn't display the pacakges.
I'm logged in with a user who has SAP_ALL.. I don't understand what I'm
doing wrong. Could someone help? Thank you very much.
