Hi,
Maybe you've downloaded the incorrect packages?
ST-A/PI in SolMan is the same as in a CRM system. Did you download that?
What's your SPAM/SAINT version?

Hello,
I just finished installing Solution Manager 7 EHP1 with Support Stack 19 and
I'm now trying to upgrade to the latest ST-PI and ST-A/PI availalble. The
files were uncompressed in the EPS/in folder. I call SAINT, click Start then
Load from Application Server. It loads the files successfully but when I go
back to the SAINT screen, it doesn't display the pacakges. I'm logged in
with a user who has SAP_ALL.. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Could
someone help? Thank you very much.
