Hi Leslie
To answer your question from the other (unrelated) thread:
No, 448226 is for TMS issues when mixing UNI and non-UNIcode systems for
the same transport domain - caused by German umlauts :-)
I'm not much use on this topic otherwise. First make sure the spooled
image looks proper - because if it's not spooled correctly it won't
print correctly. If it spools correctly then the issue is in the output
step (as you suspect already).

This PDF sheet has it looking like there must be (at least one) Loftware
Print Server (LPS). True?
Do you have access to this LPS system? Does it show you anything?
The PDF also indicates that there's "no SAP coding required" and you
mentioned you have sapscript in place - so maybe "no coding" is fine if
one is happy with crappy looking output. Or maybe your setup is not
that similar to what I found here...

We tried. They told us to go to SAP since it is their stock driver. SAP
says it is not their driver. We are trying to escalate in SAP now.
Still waiting to hear back. I am desperate!
Thank you!

Hi Leslie,
You will have to contact the manufacturer of the printer for this
information.
