[sap-security] INCORRECT ACCESS in HR

Hi Expert
I am facing an issue as beow.
One employee (HR Advisor position) has excess authorisation. Meaning he is
able to see Basic pay of an employee who is outside of his ORG UNIT.
He is getting this access as a combination of profiles(roles) , PD profiles
etc.
An another employee who is in similar position having same roles and PD
profiles does not have this excess authorisation.

Issue is related to structural authorisation. Can somebody shed lights where
should I start digging the root cause.
We consulted HR Team but in vain, according to them, they could not find
anything wrong in HR Master Data.
