hi,
in STMS...click on the truck tab(import requests tab)
select options...
overwrite originals and overwrite originals in unconfirmed repairs are similar.
overwrite objects in unconirmed repairs is ticked, if you had earlier do an import, but the end result in the import client didnt turn out right.
simply selecting overwrite originals means you have made changes or updated an object in DEV, to QA, and want to overwrite the previous un-updated version of that object.
