I am not sure of the functionality for this -- but look up the settings for "Project Stock" in the SAP help. Maybe this is appropriate.
It seems you want to 'deliver' the materials to an on-site storeroom and then make stock withdrawls as needed against the project via reservations(?)/material activities(?); but the project has purchased the materials in the first place. Then a special cost center for this inventory value would be needed that the project can interact with to keep the accounts straight during postings and settlements. __.____._
