Hi Lucia, teresa
Relating w/t's through T51P1 is one method. This can be used also to reduce the salary paid w/t by paid absences w/t's.
You need to use specific indicator in T51P1 to relate the two types w/t's. If required you create a new indicator in T51P2. You can use op'n R51P1 to determine for the paid absence w/t's to check if it is related with this indicator to another w/t. Then reduce the amt for the related w/t by the current absence w/t amt.
You can see this type of usage in the rules under subschema XDP0. It uses op''n R51P1 to reduce balance of a loan or advance payment to employee by a deduction in each period. It uses pr cl 50 = 1 to determine if the w/t is such a deduction.
If you use the T51P1 relationships method, you don't need pr cl 90 that i suggested earlier. If you use a pr cl like I said before, then you don't need T51P1 relationships.
For a given requirement you can use a number of methods to achieve the required results.
