Hi
In one of my clients, Kronos has been implemented.
a)Every pay period or at agreed frequencies, a SAP program provides updates for employees and org units to Kronos. This consists of emp's InfoTypes 1, 2, 7, etc.
b)The admin or managers for Kronos enter data for emp - attendance, leave, OT, travel, etc for every pay period.
c)Kronos runs a job to provide output to SAP for every pay period.
d)An ABAP interface program runs to extract the data from Kronos. This outputs data for SAP in the form of infotypes.
e)Another batch prog runs to upload the infotypes to SAP.
If you want to get the data into CATS, the interface prog (d) should be designed to do that.
Hope this helps.
