If using LSMW to update PD Data, I recommend that you run your recording using trxn PP02 to create, change, delimit or delete the PD Data.
PP02 is suited to this task as using the Sample field, you can actually isolate the individual PD record you require if changing, delimiting or deleting.
An example of the Sample data if you were trying to locate the B007 relationship from the S object to the C object would be
*C*XXXXXXXX* where XXXXXXXX is the Job Object ID __.____._
