Hello Garima,
I am quite new to this, but one place where I had the same symptoms as you was when I mixed up the production client of Solman and client 000. Check TA SOST/SCOT both in the production client and client 000.
I checked only the production client, but then it turned out that all messages were running through client 000 (or the other way around - I don't remember).
