the changed on field refers to the record, not the table as far as i know: that means i would have to check every record and it would defeat the purpose of my checking the table change (which has to do with not charging the system with too much weight, since these are heavy tables).
all i need is:
has the table been changed? if no, go further, if yes, send it to XI.
so i do not care which, how many records have been changed, just IF
I find it strange that i cannot check something so simple without going heavy on the system
