Hello Marcelo,

First thing I would check is the following.

Is the HTTP port open and accessible?
Also do you find any errors in the ICM log?

Are the HTTP services activated correctly?
If not, please activate the services via the IMG as below:
transaction: SPRO
SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide
-> SAP Solution Manager
-> Basic Settings
-> HTTP Services
->Activate Solution Manager Services
(according to the SAP Solution Manager Setup/Configuration Guides)
This could resolve similar issues in the past.

Does it happen with more HTTP-based pages in Solution Manager?

I want to use the transaction SOLMAN_ISSUE_MGMT, but when it?s executed
the error is appears:
The termination occurred in system SMD with error code 403 and for the
reason Forbidden.
The selected virtual host was 0 .

How to fix this error im my Solution Manager system?
