Hi,
With VF11 the commercial invoice can be cancelled.
you can use J1IIN to cancel excise invoice.
Go to Ex Inv->Cancel.

I need to know the correct t-code to cancel the exice invoice. I am
using t-code J1IH but not sure will it cancel the invoice completely at
the accounting level too.
