Hi,
If you have solution manager in your landscape, then I would suggest that
you setup an alert for it.
This way you will be notified till the time you reach the root cause of the
issue and would be good in the long term with the alert notifying if any
other issue comes up..
As far as finding the root cause is concerned.. Like you say you have
already found a pattern to this.. I'd say look at the things that are
periodic and are known to use OSCOLL..
This could be a rookie response to your question.. but this is where I would
start if I was in your situation.
