The problem seems to be with your TNS Listener.
Check if you can start it.

Did you change anything on your system or server in front of this problem?
These type of errors rarely just happen by themselves.

I see that this is your production system and I really hope that you've
contacted SAP Support about this. Since your PROD system is down, you can
open a message with very high priority and they will help you within a few
hours, maybe even quicker. As they can logon to your system to troubleshoot,
they will be able to help you much quicker than any in this group.

Hi D.caddick,
Now i am facing the same problem which since yestady my server is not
restating only the applicton is restating.(View in st02) and db is not
restrated(view in db04) and in many abap dumps of MESSAGE_TYPE_X in tcode
VF01
and in SM21 Log

and the sap is stop and user get many abap dumps.
Last time few month back i have face the same problem after the transport
the bdc program and after the kernal upgared it is solve but this time i
ahve having the 2 higth kernal in the market place. Please suggest how to
solve this problem and whay this is happing more fukent in mys stystem and
can the transported BDC revert back?
