Open the role's authorization in PFCG and maintain the field value for authorization object F_LFA1_GRP, Object field is Account Group. These should be helpful

My requirement of restriction should be only at general data and not at company code data.
To list down clearly.
User should be restricted to create Vendor master general data only for one account group.
No restriction to create Vendor master data at company code level
No restriction to Change Vendor master data both at general data level and company code level.
