Printers are identical, and printer that is overlapping has a latest firmware. There is the difference on the configuration for command overwrite is inactive for good printer and and for the bad one we cannot see this config. Any thoughts about this?

Subject: Zebra printer issues with clear buffer or memory
When labels print from AS400 using Zebra printer, and then from SAP, the last AS400 label overlaps with the 1st SAP labels. The ZPL clear code is used ^XA^MCY^XZ.
It prints fine on the office test printer, but does not on the warehouse printer. Any advice on this?
