The bank key for the US is the routing number, but not for the rest of the world. It appears that each country has different specifications and requirements. Some need just numeric, some just alpha, others and mixture, and all varying number of characters.
Any assistance is great appreciated.

I am migrating from oracle onto SAP and have been informed that I need a "bank key" for every bank branch that is set up
I know that the UK use the sort code and the US the ABA for the bank key, but I need a detailed list of HOW I get the bank keys for each country.
Can anyone help??
