Hi,

We use an update group (e.g. Z1) for various fields (price, quantity, ..) and another update group for just the price without the quantity (like debit or credit note, etc..)

I suggest you work on the "item category" just to limit the update of the statistic only for the freight costs (and you avoid also to update the statistic in the main group with a total price with the freight cost in).

Having different type doc you can in the sales document item category (like TAN, TANN, ...) assign the "item category standard group" that is exactly the update group of the statistic.

Check in SPRO - define item category and the MC26 transaction.

Hope you solve it, bye,

Franco

Subject: SIS: User exit for changing billing quantity in SIS Info Structure - S001

Hi all

I am using the info structure S001 for reports using Sales Information System (SIS). I have a custom billing document type Z2, for which I want to the system to update only the invoice dollar value in S001, not the billing quantity (as, Z2 is used to record only freight accrual). I want the billing quantity to be zero. I tried user exit - EXIT_SAPLMCS6_002 , but it didn't look like the right one.

Please let me know if there are any other user exits or other ways to accomplish my requirement.

Thanks
Vamsi
