You must entry Physical Inventory document in period 2/2017, first you must check current stock position with MMBE or MB52.
And then you must add or subtrace current stock with differences stock at the time of stock taking between system and actual stock.
For example:
If at the time of stock taking (12/2016) stock system = 10 and the actual stock in warehouse = 15 then you should add 5 to the system
If the current stock is 8 (using MB52) then you have to enter the 8 + 5 = 13 to the physical inventory documents which is inputted in the period 2/2017.

As per std its not possible but since you have not posted the count
difference, my suggestion would be to create new PI doc w.r.t the dec doc
and do the count and post the difference.
