Reply from PhilAvelar on Nov 2 at 9:32 AM Mark, if they are scanning an HU then I assuming that the system is doing a lookup for the TO that includes the HU as opposed to getting the next TO in line, what is probably happening is that if both HUs are on the same IBD then more then likely they are on the same TO. you can probably check that fairly simply. if you split them out you should be good to go. Later..

User 2 is scanning a HU and expects the next TO in line to be proposed to pick, However the system gives the message that no TO can be found. The TO's are related to a delivery. Client mentions that in another warehouse the same scenario works fine. Do you have any ideas? Thanks a million!!
