Symptom
When a fax is sent from SAP through a RightFax server, RightFax lists the sender as "DEFAULT"
The User from SAP should be seen as the sender
Environment
SAP Netweaver
Basis releases 46C, 46D, 610, 620, 640, 700, 710, 720, 731, 740, 750
Reproducing the Issue
Goto transaction SO00 (or any transaction where you can send a fax)
Enter the fax number, title and body of the fax
Send the fax from SAP
When you check RightFax lists the sender of the fax as "DEFAULT"
Cause
This DEFAULT user problem is caused because RightFax is not pulling the ID from the SAP system
Resolution
1. Please contact RightFax and ask them to investigate why the fax server is not pulling the correct ID from the SAP system
2. No action required on the SAP side

We are not receiving the successful acknowledgement from right fax server to SAP. thats the reason why all the messages are in send status they are not getting transmitted . We have tried resetting the credentials in Right fax server but no luck it didnt work still the messages are in grey status in sap |
