Subject: 553 Mvt used in error
Our user has used QA11 and posted xxx kg of Material xxx from Unrestricted into scrap (movement type 553)
Tried with MB11/554 but it says the following;
> change the inspection stock off material in QM only!
Problem is it was moved from Unrestricted not Quality (even though it was 553 movement type) so 554 looks for it in Quality
We realised that because the stock was posted out of the inspection lot / QM. You cannot manually post something into QM if it is QM managed
Then tried to post it with 552 to unrestricted and then block it, It worked
In summary it reversed out the Material from scrap, so from a stock point of view we are OK, However, it has not reversed against the process order xxxxxxx
For the reversal it needed to be reversed with the above complications having it in quality and having the usage decision taken. Please advise how we can fix the process order entry after all these steps have already been done.
