(1) Alert if file creation fails
Can you pls let me know the possible reasons for Payment files creation fails. We did the set up for getting notifications, when Payment files creation fails. Now, I need a scenario, when Payment file should not be created and I should be notified by mail.
(2) Alerts if in the communication step we get critical external status messages.
I am doing set up for getting Notifications, when Payment files are partially processed and Rejected.
I've maintained link between Ext and SAP Status and Alert Category - PAYALRT mapped here.
Apart from asking Bank to send us notifications for partially processed and Rejected, Is there any way we can do this on our own in system as I wanted to check if set up is fine.
(3) Alerts if there passes too much time between two sub-steps in the communication process with the external network.
Maintained Timeout for Batch between two status and Can you pls let me know how we can test this scenario.
