Reply from CWK on May 31 at 7:42 AM Suba72 - This is pretty simple stuff unless you have some other requirement you're not mentioning. Go to the component overview in CO02 and change the required quantity of the original raw material to zero. Then, add the new component manually for the desired quantity taking care to verify the fields that SAP defaults to are correct (operation number; storage location) are accurate. If you want to be sure the next production order you generate is correct, then you'll have to change the bill of material for material you're producing. Good luck, Carl
