The NewGl is instrumental here. Assuming your customer will
activate the NewGl which of course makes sense. Ensure you take advantage of the standard SAP solution of the Leading ledger and non-leading ledger solution. For instance, your leading ledger is activated at client level and linked globally to all company codes. However, you'll use a non-ledger to contain and manage the local statutory reporting requirements, I.e India local requirements compliance.
