Reply from JG-SAPHR on Feb 11 at 6:05 PM For your requirement: Annual leave rate is higher of his hourly rate and average hourly rate( last 1 year earning/ working hours) Hourly rate should be available from one of the basis w/t's like /001. You need to determine which one is appropriate. For the average rate, you can use AVERA function to calculate another average from the last 12m results. You need to configure the tables used for this function. To check if employee is active in a WPBP split period, you can use STATU operation as below: D STATU 2 ACTIVE IN THE SPLIT? * xxxxx -NO;...do as required for inactive or terminated period 3 yyyyy -Yes; active.... If the rate(from the previous results) is ok for an inactive employee, you can store this rate in an earlier PCR and use it. RTE=O xxxx gives the rate used from old RT for w/t xxxx.

While terminating an employee in exit mode after payroll is run, the value is TSDIVI for the next period is zero and throws an error " Division by zero not performed". Can you please advise on this issue?
