Hi Jyoti, What you can do here is create a Time Type for capturing the late coming of employee based on the Clock In time and then compare the late coming time whether its more that 1 min or more than 3 hrs. If yes then transfer the 3 value or 4 in case of 8hrs considered for full day working in a time Wage type in No. Then in Payroll u need to write another PCR which will read value from that Time Wage Type and then you can put the pro ration of Wage types which you want in pcr. Accordingly you can valuate your pay elements. Hope it helps you think in required direction. Neha
