I am customizing random replenishment and running program RLLNACH4.
I have created movement type 320 and assigned to source storage type 123 and dest storage type 456
The material is assigned to storage type 987; thus, one would think that movement type 320 is not relevant for the transfer requirement. This is not true, the transfer requirement was created with source storage type 123. This material is not assigned to storage type 123, thus not stock in storage bins assigned to storage type 123 for this materials. Therefore, my question is, it o=looks like I should not be created multiple replenishment movement types since upon TR creation, there is no check and balance with the material at the storage type level since the TR was created for storage type 123 movement type 320 and should have been created for movement type 322 and storage type 987.
I have created movement type 322 and assigned to source storage type 987 and dest storage type 456
The movement type is customized with the source bin storage type 123
Please advise if my theory is correct and how to handle this going forward.
