Hi

1. In the TE schema, add
a)PCR to check annv.date and update the quota bal (using op'n UPDTQAnn where nn is quota type)
b)HRS=FRnnC gives bal.entl in qtype nn.

2.Config:
a)In V_T559L - select Deduction/Validity intervals: You can set the deduction period as one year - by selecting:
- Deduction to : select Start of validity interval
- Relative posn - 12m.

b)Cashout of balance quota: Configure
-Qage type to pay out.
-Quota compensation method for the quota type. Select above w/t to pay.

c)You can create a Program change request or a pgm to create IT 0416 records for balance quota. This can go through each empl' data and create IT 0416 records.
The payroll function P0416 in subschema UT00 processes IT 0416 to create the w/t above.
Rule X015 in UT00 will value the w/t based on how the w/t is configured.
