And remove the mass change capabilities you do not want them to have there (maybe you want them to be able to mass change material but not plant or pricing)
Then make the selection parameters more user friendly like search by order items with a specific payment term or with a particular status and you could add other fields to the display results section not shown on VA05 (like payment terms, etc)
Then you assign ZVA05 to all users as a report and remove VA05 from the users you do not trust with mass capability
Another option is to check with your security/basis expert to find out the available authorization objects in VA05 (like V_VBAK_AAT) that may grey out the mass menu path (like OSS 1552769 does to IW37 with object I_MASS

Is it possible to restrict the 'mass change' option using authorizations so that VA05 can be used more widely as a Sales Listing option
Users prefer VA05 to VA05N for looking at back orders. We do not want the majority of users having the 'mass change' option and would like to restrict to display only using authorisations.
