If it's for the whole employee belongs to that holiday calendar then you
can create a Holiday type with Day type as 1 assign it in HC and generate
WSR. IF its just for a certain employee belongs to that Work schedule rule
then you can manually change/create the holiday class as 1 for that
particular date via tcode in PT02/01
If this resolves your issue well and good if not then reply back with more
clarity...
