Thanks once again for your inputs!!!
Well I was able to convince my customer to get along with Excel download and further sorting/filtering for that above requirement.
I now have another requirement wherein we require a report with:
List of employees who have been either hired/promoted as Manager during a particular time period (say last month) with following information
1)Employee number
2)Employee Name
3)Employee Email ID
4)Effective date
5)Manager number(manager of the employee who has become the manager)
6)Manager name(do as above)
7)Manager Email ID
For the above, through IT0000,IT0001 and IT0105 we can get the basic data but I had following queries which I request your valuable inputs
a) Can this kind of report be achievable in standard Adhoc query (7th column anyway not possible)?
b) How do I access the Planning data(OM) while working in LDB: PNPCE, in other words...based on certain selections of a query I get the employees who had been hired/promoted during a period, then How would I be able to identify whether the Position of these employees have B002,BZ02 and B012 relationships?
Please suggest the best possible approach.

I have a question related Adhoc query. While querying IT0105, for each of the subtype of IT0105 a separate line item is being generated. Where in we wanted only one line item for each employee.
I mean, for each employee (PERNR) if the output selected is Email(stored in subtype 0010) and System User ID(0001) then the output is generated with 2 line items for that employee. How can I achieve to have a single line item for each PERNR for all the subtypes of IT0105?
Can we achieve this?
