Reply from LeadConsultant on May 15 at 7:38 AM Hi, Further to your following questions I have given the answer, 1) What is the purpose of using the BSR code in Bank Master. Do you mean MICR code this will be to identify the bank and branch of that bank. In india we are using MICR code and IFSC code for RTGS and NEFT transfer only. 2) In F110 what is the use of next payment run date significant. If you give the next payment run date the system will take all the due items till that date for payment in this payment run itself even though these bills are not due as on the current payment run date. 3) What is segment and can we assign 2 Segments to 1 Profit center. Segment is another additional account assignment like profit centre, business area to ascertain the profitability and or derive the balance sheet for a location/ or product/ or group. You cannot assign more than one segment in the profit centre 4) What are the different Areas in a Cut over activity. It is a lengthy topic. The cut over activity is transferring the balances / open item from the legacy system in to SAP system before SAP is going live. What are all the items need to be uploaded the finance consultant should aware of that. Refer the SAP library to know further.
