Every saturday our production system goes down for 15 mins. After it comes up it runs SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_STARTUP_DP and SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP jobs which gets failed.
SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_DP is running once in a hour. It gets failed only 2 times on Saturday evening with " Authorization check SYNC" error.
SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_STARTUP_DP is also running only on saturday which gets failed with No alerts in configuration range
Internal session terminated with runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION (see ST22) " error. In short dump it shows that " Exception condition "TID_NOT_FOUND" raised."
Anyone can help me on this? Thank you!
