Reply from PhilAvelar on Apr 9 at 9:13 AM Like Mike mentions SAPconsole is definitely still supported and continues getting updated in line with SAPgui. I imagine it will continue for some time do to the performance difference with ITS that others have mentioned. As a SI we still recommend SAPconsole in performance related scenarios, though ITS looks nicer which is good for demos the typical plant manager is not interested in giving his worker a pretty screen, productivity is what matters.
Just a point from a system integrator standpoint, we get more support requests for ITS implementations then a typical SAPconsole implementations that are basically setup and forget.
