change field "Partn.status" to "A" instead of "I".

I am not an expert and there is no basis guy. So please help me in a simple way.
How to activate BW Source System (T90CLNT090)?
When I check and restore the Source System it display following:
Source System T90CLNT090 is inactive RSAR|5
Check failed for RFC connection, check destination RSAR|7
In SM59 when I run Connection Test T90CLNT090 it shows following:
Error during the retrieval of logon data stored in secure storage
Waiting for response
