Then You could 'ask the system' to create a packing proposal (in the delivery) and then it would be up to You if You will accept it - or You can make the whole thing automatic (including the creation of HU)

Hello,
Do you pls have any recommendation what logic to use in SAP/ABAP to determine the best packaging material/box size for combination of products. We are currently checking 1 - each product on delivery will fit in the box, 2 - volumetric summary of all items on delivery (plus sum buffer) are smaller then the packaging volumetric. We have a high percentage when the products do not fit the assigned box. Any experience is appreciated.
