OK, this may mean that this Material may not have had Storage Type data created for it yet.
Go to transaction MM01, enter the Material, Select the WM1/WM2 views, then in the Org. Levels enter your warehouse number and in the Storage Type field, enter your Storage Type with the Fixed Bin putaway strategy.
Press enter and the Bin data should appear in the WM2 view. Now just enter in the fixed bin that you want allocated to the Material.
As a note, you may want to add a maximum capacity, but the other fields are probably irrelevant unless you are planning replenishment into this bin from another Storage Type.
