How many BGD wp are free? this will occur when you don't have enough BGD
Please also check in use/sap/trans/tmp and use/sap/trans/log
Go in sm37 check the type r* and check is there any Job got failed and
past the log, because except rdd other related to import job will run so
requesting you to check.
Let us know the log.

Good Morning, As per SAP Note 1839881. We followed the steps and removed
unwanted entries. But my concern is for Below mention Error
