You can reverse the material document (cancel the material document).
but here I assume that you did so during UD that is you have taken the UD
for this lot.
if this is the case, then first you have to revoke the UD. It is not
possible in standard SAP. You need to implement one SAP Note (I don't
remember the number) which will then allow you to revoke the UD from the
lot and then you can cancel the material document.
