Hi

Based on this information, it looks like the assets are acquired in the current year as there is no accumulated depreciation. So you need to do a separate recording for these items which are having acquisition date in the current year. For those items, the details like acquisition value / accumulated depreciation etc. all are greyed out.

Therefore, do a separate LSMW recording for them. You will see a button called "Transactions", enter relevant transaction type (100) and acquisition amount. Your earlier LSMW will not work for this type of transactions.

Once you entered this, then the fields ordinary depreciation posted / unplanned depreciation posted etc. during the current will be opened up and you should be able to enter them. Please consider them while you doing the recording.

Subject: Transfer of Asset Accumulated Depreciation Value

Hello

Our company has migrated from 154 client to 222 client

We have transferred the asset master data from 154 to 222 via T.code AS91 , but the accumulated depreciation value is nil.

How can we transfer the accumulated depreciation value for each asset and please suggest me some ways to transfer the total value of each asset class value of accumulated depreciation, and it should hit the G/L

Waiting for a helpful answer

Regards
